Monitor Adapter Keeps Flickering

Monitor adapter keeps flickering. Hopefully someone will come along with a genuine fix for this but in the meantime i can offer a workaround that fixed a similar problem i was having with multiple monitors and my desktop. My laptop is a lenovo y560 and i am running windows 7. The power adapter is still interfering with the monitor. It works well for the most part but it blinks from time to time.

Every once in a while it will make all 3 monitors blink and all the windows open in the 3rd monitor will jump to other monitors. I had a primary samsung 24 flat panel monitor and i wanted more real estate so i connected my old hp monitor and right away the primary monitor started flickering so bad i could not use it.
